So many of you have told me you liked the puss poppin' story huh? I don't think it was that good, had I spent more time on it I could have done better. Oh well, now you've got an idea of the stuff I worry about. Can it really happen? Prolly not, but I do know a few people who were put into my position not by a tree, but by a spinal cord infection of (you guessed it) staphylococcus. Just my luck huh? A stupid tree makes me a para, but then an infection makes me a vent dependant pentaplegic. (completely paralyzed except for lips and eyes) Nice huh? Now just in case that DOES happen, or something like it, Please Please Please kill me. Take me up in an airplane and chuck me out at 30K feet. That way I get to fall for a bit, as I always wanted to go parachuting, but now with the implant I'm not allowed, (that was the ONLY thing the neurosurgeon told me NOT to do) I'll pass out from O2 depletion while still falling, and be unconscious when I burn in. That'd be a cool way to go.
Ok, so anyway...

Tomorrow I drive to Sacramento to talk to an invention-submission guy. Hopefully he can help me get a patent on the cell phone adapter and the toy hose roller, and hook me up with manufacturing and all that sort of stuff I know buttkiss about. We'll see what happens. I don't expect to be a billionaire in 10 years, or even 25, but having enough money to have Jesse James build me an accessible car. One that doesn't take 25 BLOODY GALLONS of gas to drag it's inefficent ass around every week.

How the heck does one change the program used to open a specific file extension in OS X? For example, I want .htm files to open in Navigator, but they insist on opening in safari. I can |get info| then go to |open with| then change the default, but it won't change globally for ALL the .htm files.
Kinda annoying.
Another question to the AppleGods ... Is there a keyboard klickedy combination like openapple `/~ which will switch between ALL open windows (bbedit, navigator, photoshop, for example) ? At times I'm writing in bbedit, and I want to check spelling over at Wordsmyth, then pop back. It's annoying to have to go from upper-left-corner (where the 'minimize' button on an apple is) to the dock, which I have middle bottom, then back up to the left corner buttons..... A clickedy bob trick would be better. 'Cource what would REALLY be trick would be to have the right side of the touchpad act as a scroller, and a right mouse button, like on my (dead) vaio, but maybe that's for OS 11.

Boy isn't that red 'aired girl on Farscape a hottie? She's got a kinda snarly attitude though. I don't think I'd get along with her.

I was gonna write some more, but um, "you're just a lazy fuck now" I've been told, and I'm kinda over it.
