Managed to fall 'sleep last night about 2 I think and sleep till 7. I think the new alarm I bought is a POS or the weasels turned it off at 6,40 when it was s'posed to go off. (don't put anything past them. ever)
Back is still constrictive, itchy and twitchy. Ive stopped the tegretol for now to see if that makes it go away, but it's been a day and I only had a days worth of that stuff so I can't imagine it lasting this long.
Hand / arms have the same tinglie twitchieness, making it fun to use a mouse (and type!) sometimes.
K havin' coffee, chaisin' the weasels (they like to "help" in the mornin') and gettin' ready to put on that "happy face" for the day.
